I appreciate the work Roof US performed and how they treated us as customers through the process of the claim. Joey walked us thru the claim process and what to expect, and explained the timing of events from the date of loss event through the steps of the claim process. Joey was attentive and available to all our questions.The team that performed our roof installation was professional and did a great job, as well as with cleanup afterward. The site lead walked us thru the work that was being done as well as explained the value of the upgrades we were getting on our almost 20-year roof.There was a little disagreement from the insurance company on the linear footage required for gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards, but Roof US performed the full gutter installation while that final detail was being approved, which it eventually was.It is a big decision for a home owner to select a roofing company to perform such a crucial job in protecting the value and safety of your home and family. I am glad we made the decision to go with Roof US.
